Unified project bureau

Unified project bureau is a structural subdivision of FGEC ‘Razmax’, provides services for the creation of project documentation in area of objects’ of any complexity redevelopment. The portfolio of highly qualified engineers includes renovation of dangerous industrial objects projects, reconstruction of objects of cultural heritage, demolition and dismantling in dense buildings projects.

Projects created by the UPB specialists, are based on its own technical and statistical base of the company, as well as relevant information resulting from engineering research. The developed projects include a detailed plan of the site with adjoining areas and consider extending the facility engineering and underground network zone collapse and possible danger zones.

Depending on the condition of the site and the purpose of the Client for its further development, reclamation project or associated works may be developed. Such projects are based on existing environmental, sanitary, construction, water management, forestry, and other regulations and standards, taking into account the regional climatic conditions and the location of the disturbed area.

An integral part of the project means the technological maps and schemes describing the sequence of works on the subject and content of each stage of the survey, demolition or construction work. Working together with specialists from the Unified Settlement Centre of FGEC ‘Razmax’ allows you to create flow charts that provide the Client with a maximum of information on the project and get the best tool for planning of financial, human and time resources.

Project works are performed according to the decision of the government of the Russian Federation №87, as well as evidence №7728 and №7722 of admission to the works on preparation of project documentation, which affect the security of capital construction
